About Stonetavern

Two free EU realms on one account. x1 rates, no shop.

Elwynn: World of Warcraft 1.12, kept as it shipped. No custom content.

Barrens: the progressive realm. We start in Classic, then move to The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King. Everyone moves up at the same time. Cross-faction. Three days of PvE, then three days of open-world PvP, on repeat.

Suspected bots are flagged automatically, and a person makes every ban.

How to join Stonetavern

  1. Get the Vanilla 1.12.1 client. Our Vanilla client download guide covers where to get it and how to set it up.
  2. Create an account on Stonetavern's website, linked in the server information above.
  3. Point your client at the server. Open realmlist.wtf in the main World of Warcraft folder and replace its contents with set realmlist play.stonetavern.app.
  4. Log in with the account you created and pick your realm.

Addons need to match the 1.12.1 client too. The most downloaded Vanilla addons on DivineTop are Recount, DBM - Deadly Boss Mods, Gatherer, Questie and pfUI. Browse the full Vanilla addon library.

Is Stonetavern online?

Stonetavern's website was responding when we looked (checked 1 hour ago). We check whether the website responds, not the game realm itself, so for maintenance news the server's Discord or website is the best source.
