What to Expect on a PVE Legion Realm
On a PVE realm, player vs. player combat is optional. You must manually flag yourself for PVP to be attacked by opposing players in the open world. This allows for a more relaxed leveling and questing experience.
At level 110, Legion endgame content includes raids such as Emerald Nightmare, Nighthold, Tomb of Sargeras, and Antorus the Burning Throne. With Instant, your progression speed toward this content will vary - with Instant your leveling experience will be faster than the original game, letting you reach endgame content sooner.

How to Play on SkyBlood - Solo Legion Server
